{"id":63386,"date":"2017-04-07T11:08:47","date_gmt":"2017-04-07T11:08:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leitat.org\/blog\/actividad-anti-tumoral-y-antimetastasica-de-anticuerpos-monoclonales-en-modelos-animales-de-canceres-humanos\/"},"modified":"2025-02-10T11:23:57","modified_gmt":"2025-02-10T11:23:57","slug":"actividad-anti-tumoral-y-antimetastasica-de-anticuerpos-monoclonales-en-modelos-animales-de-canceres-humanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leitat.org\/en\/blog\/actividad-anti-tumoral-y-antimetastasica-de-anticuerpos-monoclonales-en-modelos-animales-de-canceres-humanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Actividad anti-tumoral y antimetast\u00e1sica en modelos animales de c\u00e1nceres humanos"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"63386\" class=\"elementor elementor-63386 elementor-7534\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-13ddf943 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"13ddf943\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3b2d99d5\" data-id=\"3b2d99d5\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b952d5a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b952d5a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La efectividad limitada de los tratamientos aprobados, as\u00ed como las evidencias de sus resistencias y toxicidades, enfatizan la necesidad del desarrollo de nuevos anticuerpos monoclonales terap\u00e9uticos para mejorar la eficacia en los tratamientos de met\u00e1stasis de tumores en mama o p\u00e1ncreas, o en tumores hematol\u00f3gicos (leucemias y linfomas).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la anualidad 2016 de este proyecto se ha estado trabajando en los siguientes objetivos claramente definidos y diferenciados:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">FIBHULP ha constatado en experimentos in vitro que el anticuerpo monoclonal contra CCR7 es eficaz en un gran n\u00famero de leucemias y linfomas.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">IMMED ha empezado el desarrollo de modelos animales de aquellas enfermedades en las que FIBHULP ha demostrado eficacia del anticuerpo monoclonal contra CCR7.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leitat ha llevado a cabo la selecci\u00f3n de l\u00edneas tumorales para realizar los estudios de eficacia con los anticuerpos monoclonales contra S100A4, S100P y S100A7 as\u00ed como la producci\u00f3n de la cantidad necesaria de anticuerpo contra las tres prote\u00ednas, paso previo a los estudios funcionales in vitro (en marcha) e in vivo.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El consorcio que lo est\u00e1 llevando a cabo est\u00e1 formado por una empresa, Immunological and Medicinal Products (IMMED) y dos centros de reconocido prestigio internacional: la Fundaci\u00f3n para la Investigaci\u00f3n Biom\u00e9dica del Hospital Universitario de la Princesa (FIBHULP) y el centro tecnol\u00f3gico Leitat. IMMED es una empresa con amplia experiencia en el desarrollo de terapias y m\u00e9todos de diagn\u00f3stico molecular para oncolog\u00eda y enfermedades inflamatorias y autoinmunes. IMMED participar\u00e1 en la validaci\u00f3n pre-cl\u00ednica y funcional de los anticuerpos leads. El centro FIBHULP participar\u00e1 en los ensayos in vitro de la uni\u00f3n de los anticuerpos y Leitat participar\u00e1 en determinar la eficacia de la actividad de los anticuerpos en l\u00edneas celulares y la determinaci\u00f3n de la actividad antiangiog\u00e9nica y antimetast\u00e1sica en modelos animales in vivo.
