Innovations in Bio-based and Nanotech-Enabled Insulation<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Partners presented advances in sustainable materials designed to reduce construction\u2019s carbon footprint, including bio-based insulation panels, functional coatings, and nanotechnology-enhanced materials like waterglass foam. These solutions are developed with low-carbon principles in mind, using resources such as wood, mycelium, and recycled construction waste to increase building thermal performance.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Focus on Scalability and Real-World Application<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The project now moves into the scaling and demonstration phase, where materials will be tested to validate their effectiveness in improving energy performance and user comfort. Partners aim to showcase how these eco-friendly materials can be integrated into practical building renovations, helping reduce emissions while enhancing comfort.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
