Mediante el proceso NIMBI, se contribuir\u00e1 a disminuir este consumo energ\u00e9tico y la huella de carbono asociada, relacionados principalmente con la aireaci\u00f3n empleada para la oxidaci\u00f3n de la materia org\u00e1nica y la carga nitrogenada.
