The RRI Tools Project Team just announced in its <a href=\"http:\/\/us10.campaign-archive1.com\/?u=89f548b97a49aa495c6209755&amp;id=ca522fe962&amp;e=87113c0eeb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">newsletter<\/a> that the Toolkit is available on their website.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) is a cross-cutting theme of the European Commission\u2019s Horizon 2020 programme and aims to foster and facilitate research and innovation in an inclusive, societally-oriented way. More details on the scope and concept of RRI are available here.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The EC-funded RRI Tools project has gathered and developed online resources \u2013 the RRI Toolkit \u2013 encouraging the actors in research and innovation systems to interact more closely. It also addresses topics such as open access, gender in science, ethics, science education, governance, public engagement. The Toolkit is designed for individuals as well as institutions involved in research, policy-making, business, education, or civil society organisations. Find out in this video what for and why you should use the RRI Toolkit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What is in the RRI Toolkit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As of today, the RRI Toolkit contains 356 resources that will help to design and bring projects to life, and to train on Responsible Research and Innovation. These resources include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>inspiring practices;<\/li>\n<li>manuals, guidelines, how-tos, catalogues and online databases of resources;<\/li>\n<li>background documents including presentations, reports, cross-analysis and pan-European surveys;<\/li>\n<li>other European projects that developed RRI resources; and,<\/li>\n<li>a self-reflection tool to assess professional practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please take into account that this is a beta version of the RRI Toolkit. Over the next few months we plan to add to this collection and develop the toolkit further.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The RRI Toolkit belongs to the RRI Community<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The RRI Toolkit is a dynamic resource open to a growing European Community of Practice. By joining this community, you will be able to participate in discussion fora and get support from other practitioners. You will also be able to contribute to the further developments of the toolkit by uploading your own tools and resources.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Your help in disseminating the information on the RRI Toolkit would be much appreciated.
