It started with an external assessment that highlighted the importance of replicability, sustainability, and an enhanced outreach strategy via the SESA Toolbox.<\/p><p>The second part focused on reviewing key achievements in areas such as capacity building, co-development of innovations, business incubation, and cross-country knowledge exchange.
