The meeting brought together the project partners along with the Project Officer from the European Commission and two external reviewers, who evaluated the results achieved throughout the project.<\/p><p>During the session, the different partners presented the main achievements and final outcomes of the project. In the case of Leitat, prototypes of creams and gels developed within the framework of the research were showcased, demonstrating the potential of compounds obtained from wine industry by-products for use in value-added formulations.<\/p><p>The REDWine project aims to valorise by-products from the wine industry through innovative technologies, contributing to the circular economy and to the development of new ingredients with applications in different sectors, such as cosmetics.<\/p><p>On behalf of Leitat, <strong>Laura Ortiz<\/strong> presented the results corresponding to <strong>Work Package 5 (WP5)<\/strong>, for which the centre acts as leader, as well as the progress achieved in <strong>WP6<\/strong>, highlighting the work carried out in the development and validation of the final formulations.<\/p><p>The meeting concluded with a positive assessment from the Project Officer, who highlighted the progress made by the consortium and the results obtained during the project.<\/p><p>Following the review session, the partners visited the pilot plant installed in <strong>Palmela, Portugal<\/strong>, where they had the opportunity to see first-hand the facilities and technologies implemented during the development of the project.<\/p><div class=\"flex flex-col text-sm pb-25\"><article class=\"text-token-text-primary w-full focus:outline-none [--shadow-height:45px]
