On 26 November<\/strong>, Catalonia will host the third regional event of the SOLSTICE project<\/strong>, organised by the Ag\u00e8ncia de Residus de Catalunya, Leitat and Textile ETP, with the collaboration of the project\u2019s Catalan partners, TEXFOR, Idresmat and Cromogenia.<\/p>\n

The event aims to contribute to the sustainability and circularity of the Catalan textile ecosystem,<\/strong> with a particular focus on reuse, repair and textile waste prevention. It will also offer participants a practical introduction to the chemical recycling of textiles. In addition, the event will provide an opportunity to showcase the activities and results of the SOLSTICE project.<\/p>\n

The programme will include a presentation of the SOLSTICE project, the results of the territorial analysis of Catalonia\u2019s textile ecosystem, the presentation of the Catalan pilot developed within the project, a session dedicated to chemical recycling applied to textiles, and various regional initiatives related to reuse, repair and other circularity strategies in the textile sector.<\/p>\n
