The project aims to reuse end-of-life plastic and carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) components by using them for high added value 3D printed products with advanced functionalities. Concretely, these materials will be transformed into industrial demonstrators to show the viability of the strategy. Leitat is leading the definition of five demonstrators which are a ski boot, an automotive component for interior applications, an automotive component for fuel door, a personalised orthopaedic assistive device, and a wearable electronic. The challenges are to develop the adequate materials for the production and the optimal design. Last, the disassembling of the demonstrators should also be taken into account.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>During the meeting, partners had the opportunity to present all work packages and discuss the progress of the project.
