But many types of masks exist, and each type follow different norms. Starting from the simplest ones to the most complex ones, below a list of the most common ones with the corresponding norm. Each mask can be tested in our laboratories to certify their effectiveness and the respect of the current standards.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Hygienic mask<\/strong>:\u00a0 These masks are not a sanitary product nor a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). They respond to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.une.org\/encuentra-tu-norma\/busca-tu-norma\/norma\/?c=N0063626\">UNE 0064-1: 2020<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.une.org\/encuentra-tu-norma\/busca-tu-norma\/norma\/?c=N0063627\">UNE 0064-2: 2020<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.une.org\/la-asociacion\/sala-de-informacion-une\/noticias\/especificacion-une-mascarillas\">UNE 0065: 2020<\/a> specifications. Leitat has the capacity to carry out the tests according to these norms, so that the manufacturer can carry out the self-certification of non-reusable hygienic masks or of reusable hygienic masks.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"528\" height=\"353\" class=\"wp-image-18386\" src=\"https:\/\/leitat.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Hygienic-mask.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leitat.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Hygienic-mask.jpg 528w, https:\/\/leitat.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Hygienic-mask-300x201.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 528px) 100vw, 528px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Surgical mask<\/strong>: These masks are a sanitary product.
