This event will focus on several ways to use food to improve our lives: the valorization of side streams to produce safe feed, thus reducing food waste; the promotion of traditional food production and the use of minor cereals for better food quality; and the improvement of the food supply chain for human consumption.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROGRAM AT A GLANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Morning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Overview<\/strong> of <strong>project outcomes and impacts:<\/strong> short presentations<\/li>\n<li><strong>Networking session:<\/strong> possibility to explore further collaboration initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Afternoon:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parallel sessions of NOSHAN and TRADEIT with relevant stakeholders: short presentations from stakeholders + roundtable discussion about project exploitation opportunities.
