Para apoyar este desarrollo, el proyecto H2UpScale pretende dise\u00f1ar, construir, probar y validar los componentes clave de BoP para sistemas PEMFC que generen m\u00e1s de 250 kW de potencia el\u00e9ctrica, adecuados para aplicaciones de transporte pesado (aviaci\u00f3n, mar\u00edtimo, transporte por carretera de larga distancia).<\/p><p data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1476\">H2UpScale re\u00fane a 3 organizaciones de investigaci\u00f3n, 2 acad\u00e9micas y 11 socios industriales, incluidos fabricantes de BoP y OEMs. El proyecto identificar\u00e1 los requisitos espec\u00edficos de cada aplicaci\u00f3n, los cuales guiar\u00e1n posteriormente el desarrollo, la optimizaci\u00f3n y la definici\u00f3n de 3 est\u00e1ndares para arquitecturas PEMFC modulares y escalables \u2265250 kW (arquitecturas de suministro el\u00e9ctrico y dise\u00f1os de sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de calor residual).<\/p><p data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"2002\">Los componentes BoP en foco incluyen: el eyector de hidr\u00f3geno, la bomba de recirculaci\u00f3n de H\u2082, el sensor de fugas de H\u2082, el compresor de aire, el filtro de aire del c\u00e1todo y el humidificador de aire, el separador de agua, el resonador de escape, el intercambiador de calor del refrigerante y el medio refrigerante. Los avances previstos para los componentes BoP incluyen mejoras en eficiencia y durabilidad, reducci\u00f3n de peso y volumen, y simplificaci\u00f3n de la arquitectura.<\/p><p data-start=\"2004\" data-end=\"2500\">Los componentes se dise\u00f1ar\u00e1n para ser compatibles tanto con plataformas de stack \u00fanico como de multi-stack, teniendo en cuenta la escalabilidad y modularidad, lo que facilitar\u00e1 su integraci\u00f3n en sistemas a escala multi-MW. Algunos componentes BoP seleccionados a escala real ser\u00e1n validados en un banco de pruebas Hardware-in-the-Loop, y se realizar\u00e1 un an\u00e1lisis tecnoecon\u00f3mico del impacto potencial de los componentes BoP desarrollados en los mercados de transporte pesado.<\/p><p data-start=\"2502\" data-end=\"2677\">Con estos objetivos principales, la meta de H2UpScale es proporcionar bloques tecnol\u00f3gicos cr\u00edticos que permitan la creaci\u00f3n de un demostrador TRL7 a partir de 2027.<\/p><p data-start=\"2502\" data-end=\"2677\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"2679\" data-end=\"2714\"><strong data-start=\"2679\" data-end=\"2712\">Rol de Leitat en el proyecto:<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2716\" data-end=\"3150\">Leitat participar\u00e1 en el desarrollo de un eyector de H\u2082 y un intercambiador de calor con dise\u00f1os innovadores creados mediante fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva. Adem\u00e1s, Leitat liderar\u00e1 el desarrollo de formulaciones de refrigeraci\u00f3n innovadoras con capacidades mejoradas de transferencia de calor para la reducci\u00f3n de calor residual,
