Las soluciones actuales dependen de sustancias perfluoradas, compuestos halogenados y nanopart\u00edculas de plata, todos ellos con riesgos ambientales y para la salud, como persistencia, bioacumulaci\u00f3n y toxicidad. Adem\u00e1s, actualmente no existen textiles que ofrezcan simult\u00e1neamente repelencia al agua y al aceite y resistencia a la llama, ya que estas funcionalidades interfieren entre s\u00ed, impidiendo el cumplimiento de las normativas.<\/p><p>Para abordar estos retos, <strong>FUNTEX adopta un enfoque Safe-by-Design para minimizar riesgos desde la fase de dise\u00f1o<\/strong>. El proyecto desarrollar\u00e1 aditivos funcionales basados en nanopart\u00edculas funcionalizadas y microc\u00e1psulas, los integrar\u00e1 en formulaciones de acabado textil y validar\u00e1 su rendimiento. El consorcio, que incluye <strong>Lurederra, Leitat, E.Cima e INM<\/strong>, colaborar\u00e1 en el desarrollo de materiales, la optimizaci\u00f3n de procesos y la aplicaci\u00f3n a escala piloto.<\/p><p>El plan de trabajo consta de cuatro actividades principales: definir requisitos y seleccionar materiales seguros, desarrollar aditivos funcionales, crear y probar formulaciones, y construir un prototipo a escala piloto para demostrar la escalabilidad. Las evaluaciones de seguridad cubrir\u00e1n los impactos potenciales en trabajadores, consumidores y medio ambiente durante todo el ciclo de vida del producto. Con un presupuesto de 1.088.864 \u20ac, FUNTEX busca ofrecer soluciones innovadoras y sostenibles que respondan a las demandas del mercado reduciendo riesgos qu\u00edmicos y
