En este contexto, la investigadora principal del grupo de Biorrecursos y Tecnolog\u00edas Agroalimentarias <strong>Irina Chiriac<\/strong>, del centro tecnol\u00f3gico Leitat, ha destacado en <strong><em>Revista Campo<\/em><\/strong> c\u00f3mo la<strong> transformaci\u00f3n de residuos agr\u00edcolas en nuevos recursos permite generar valor m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la producci\u00f3n alimentaria tradicional<\/strong>.<\/p><p>A trav\u00e9s de tecnolog\u00edas de biorrefiner\u00eda y digitalizaci\u00f3n de cultivos, es posible no solo optimizar la producci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n identificar nuevos usos para los subproductos, desde ingredientes para alimentaci\u00f3n o cosm\u00e9tica hasta aplicaciones en bioenerg\u00eda.
