Antibody Discovery Services

We lead the design of the optimal immunization strategies and the generation of suitable immunogens, from the design and production of conjugated peptides to the expression and purification of recombinant proteins in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic systems.

We offer comprehensive polyclonal antibody development services, from animal immunization and serum production to antibody purification and characterization. Depending on the application requirements, antibodies can be purified using different strategies, including total IgG purification, antigen-specific affinity purification, and customized purification workflows to reduce cross-reactivity and improve specificity.

Hybridoma technology
We provide end-to-end monoclonal antibody development services based on hybridoma technology, from immunization and cell fusion to clone screening, selection and expansion. Using robust screening and validation strategies, we identify high-affinity and highly specific monoclonal antibodies tailored to the intended application. Selected clones can be further characterized, adapted to different production formats and used for scalable antibody production for research, diagnostic or industrial applications.

Phage display technology (scFv & VHH)
We offer antibody discovery services based on phage display technologies, including the generation and screening of both naïve and immune libraries. Our platforms include VHH libraries from camelids as well as scFv libraries derived from multiple species, including human, mouse, chicken, pig and cow. Through advanced selection and screening strategies (protein, cell, organoids or in vivo based), we identify antibody fragments with high affinity, specificity and optimal functional properties for research, diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Clients can inquire about the immune and naïve libraries currently available in our collection from different species, and may also provide their own custom libraries for screening and selection campaigns adapted to specific targets or discovery objectives

Antibody Production Services

We provide scalable antibody production using mammalian expression systems suitable for research, preclinical and diagnostic applications.

We offer recombinant antibody expression services covering a wide range of antibody formats, including full-length monoclonal antibodies, antibody fragments, bispecific antibodies and engineered derivatives.

Production can be performed in hybridoma cells as well as mammalian expression systems such as CHO and HEK cells, using both transient and stable expression platforms depending on project scale and application requirements.

Our services include vector design and optimization, clone generation and selection, expression optimization, upstream process development and scalable antibody production.

Antibodies can be produced and purified for research, diagnostic or pre-industrial evaluation, with rigorous quality control to ensure consistency, purity and functional performance.

We provide flexible antibody production services using multiple cultivation formats, including shake flasks and high-density culture platforms, obtaining over 10L of supernatant per week.

Depending on the antibody format and production requirements, we optimize culture conditions to maximize yield, viability, and product quality.

Our capabilities also include adaptation of cell lines to serum-free media, optimization of culture media formulations, and refinement of production protocols to improve scalability and reproducibility. These strategies enable efficient small- to medium-scale antibody production for research, diagnostic and pre-clinical applications.

We provide advanced antibody purification services using fully controlled chromatography workflows performed on ÄKTA Pure and ÄKTA Go systems under temperature-controlled conditions at 4 °C to ensure antibody stability and product integrity.

Our purification capabilities include affinity chromatography using Protein A, Protein G or antigen-specific matrices, immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC/Ni-NTA) for tagged recombinant proteins and antibody fragments, as well as size exclusion chromatography (SEC) for polishing, buffer exchange and aggregate removal.

Additional purification and polishing strategies can be implemented according to the specific antibody format and application requirements, ensuring high purity, reproducibility and optimal functional performance.
