1. Information for the User

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

ACONDICIONAMIENTO TARRASENSE- LEITAT is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD). .

Why do we process your personal data?

To maintain a business relationship with the USER. The processing activities envisaged are:

  • Sending commercial and advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, whether currently existing or developed in the future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be sent by the DATA CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or to those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has entered into a promotional agreement. In such cases, third parties will never have access to the personal data.
  • Conducting market research and statistical analyses.
  • Processing orders and requests, responding to inquiries, or handling any type of request submitted by the USER through any of the contact methods made available on the DATA CONTROLLER’s website.
  • Handling applications to participate in the DATA CONTROLLER’s recruitment processes.
  • Processing participation in projects in which the DATA CONTROLLER has registered.
  • Managing registration for participation in activities, conferences, and events organized by the DATA CONTROLLER.
  • Sending the DATA CONTROLLER’s online newsletter containing news, offers, and promotions.
  • The DATA CONTROLLER operates video surveillance cameras for the purpose of ensuring the safety and security of persons and property, as well as its facilities.

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?

The processing is lawful pursuant to Article 6 of the GDPR on the following grounds:

  • With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters, participating in recruitment processes, and participating in projects and activities organized by the DATA CONTROLLER.
  • On the basis of the DATA CONTROLLER’s legitimate interest: managing video surveillance cameras; conducting market research and statistical analyses; processing orders and requests submitted by the USER; as well as carrying out marketing activities relating to the DATA CONTROLLER’s own goods and services and similar services where the USER has previously purchased goods and/or services from the DATA CONTROLLER.

How long do we keep your personal data?

They will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as required by law. When they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or its complete destruction.

Who do we share your personal data with?

No personal data will be shared with third parties except: when legally required, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, or with our communications service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The rights available to the USER are:

  • The right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • The right to access, rectify, and port their personal data, and to request its erasure, as well as to restrict or object to its processing.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.

2. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the user

By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, the USER expressly, freely, and unequivocally accepts that their data is necessary to process their request. The CONTROLLER will indicate which data is necessary to provide the USER with optimal service. If this data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to their needs.

The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes to it.

3. Security Measures

That in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of data. The personal data under its responsibility is processed in accordance with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby it is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD (Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection and Digital Rights) in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the necessary information to exercise those rights.
