Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Why do we process your personal data?

  • Processing orders and requests, responding to inquiries, or handling any type of request submitted by the USER through any of the contact methods made available on the DATA CONTROLLER’s website.
  • Handling applications to participate in the DATA CONTROLLER’s recruitment processes.
  • Processing participation in projects in which the DATA CONTROLLER has registered.
  • Managing registration for participation in activities, conferences, and events organized by the DATA CONTROLLER.
  • Sending the DATA CONTROLLER’s online newsletter containing news, offers, and promotions.
  • The DATA CONTROLLER operates video surveillance cameras for the purpose of ensuring the safety and security of persons and property, as well as its facilities.

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?

The processing is lawful pursuant to Article 6 of the GDPR on the following grounds:

  • With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters, participating in recruitment processes, and participating in projects and activities organized by the DATA CONTROLLER.
  • On the basis of the DATA CONTROLLER’s legitimate interest: managing video surveillance cameras; conducting market research and statistical analyses; processing orders and requests submitted by the USER; as well as carrying out marketing activities relating to the DATA CONTROLLER’s own goods and services and similar services where the USER has previously purchased goods and/or services from the DATA CONTROLLER.

How long do we keep your personal data?

They will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as required by law. When they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or its complete destruction.
