GH2 Project – General Assembly & Final Consortium Meeting in London

The GH2 consortium gathered in London for the General Assembly and Final Consortium Meeting, hosted by University College London (UCL). The meeting brought together representatives from all project partners to review the progress achieved throughout the project and coordinate the final steps as the initiative approaches its conclusion.

During the meeting, partners shared updates on the latest scientific and technological developments across all Work Packages, highlighting the progress made and identifying the remaining technical and organisational challenges. The discussions also provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge, align strategies, and ensure a smooth completion of the project.

Leitat’s team, including Paloma Ortiz, Marcel Boerrigter, and Apostolos Salmatonidis, played a key role in these discussions, contributing their expertise to review technical advancements, identify potential issues, and coordinate final presentations, deliverables, and reporting requirements. Their active participation helped ensure that all consortium activities are aligned and ready for a successful conclusion.

The event gathered representatives from the following organisations: UCL, CROWDHELIX, Hong Kong University, Max Planck Institute, ETH Zürich, UNINA, PGZ, and Leitat, reflecting the strong international collaboration that has characterised the GH2 project.

Leitat would like to thank UCL for hosting the meeting and providing an excellent environment for productive discussions and collaboration among partners.

As the project enters its final stage, the consortium remains focused on delivering impactful innovations in sustainable hydrogen production, leveraging solar energy, biomass valorisation, and advanced catalytic technologies. These developments aim to contribute to the advancement of clean energy solutions and support the transition toward a more sustainable energy system.

The partners will continue working on the final results, publications, and project outcomes in the coming months.
