The startup SIVERUS, S.L. is collaborating with Leitat within the framework of the PADIH project (Support Programme for Digital Innovation Hubs) to develop new smart PPE aimed at improving worker safety in industrial environments through additive manufacturing, sensor technology, and smart digital platforms.
The project focuses on designing and developing a new technological system that combines presence and monitoring sensors with SOS communication, geolocation, and integration with the Siverus Cloud platform. It also incorporates additive manufacturing technologies to design ergonomic and resistant housings, enabling agile and scalable production of these new devices.
During the project, Leitat supports Siverus in:
- Initial technological consultancy
- Electronic design and prototyping
- Specific training in additive manufacturing technologies
This project is funded by the Ministerio de Industria y Turismo and the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI), within the Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia of the Government of Spain, with Next Generation EU funds.
