The ReLEAF project consortium meets in Cesena to review progress and next steps

Recently, the ReLEAF project partners gathered in Cesena (Italy) for the 18-month follow-up meeting to review progress, share results, and plan the next phases of the project.

Leitat was represented by Xialei You, Carlos Andecochea Saiz, and Gerard Jorba Juez, who actively contributed to discussions on upcoming experiments and future project milestones.

A key highlight was the visit hosted by the University of Bologna (UNIBO) at the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences (DISTAL), where partners explored cutting-edge research linking agriculture, food science, and sustainability.

The consortium also visited Ecopesce in Cesenatico, gaining valuable insights into how ReLEAF’s objectives align with real-world sustainable seafood processing and innovation practices.
