Leitat has concluded its participation in GENERA 2025, the International Week of Electrification and Decarbonisation held from 18 to 20 November at IFEMA Madrid. Over three days, the technological centre showcased innovative solutions aimed at advancing towards a cleaner, more efficient and more sustainable energy model.

Among the highlighted technologies were:
- Smart windows based on our plasmochromic technology integrated into KLIMA-PUR® bio-polyurethane frames. These windows dynamically (and automatically) regulate solar radiation, optimising energy consumption and indoor comfort in buildings (European project INBUILT).
- High-safety, high-performance batteries, featuring 3D-printed metal busbars to improve thermal management and cell safety.
- STACKAEM, a single-cell electrolyser designed to produce green hydrogen more efficiently.
- AD-BES, an anaerobic digester coupled with bioelectrochemical systems that increases methane production by up to 30% through bioelectrostimulation.

Leitat’s participation in GENERA 2025 reinforces its role as a reference centre in energy and sustainability, combining innovation, efficiency and respect for the environment.
