The Digitalización y automatización del proceso de obtención de moldes de silicona mediante fabricación aditiva (Digitalization and Automation of the Silicone Mold Production Process through Additive Manufacturing) project aims to modernize and streamline the design and production of molds from master parts created with 3D printing. This initiative enables CONIEX to move toward greater efficiency, reduced time and costs, and improved management and production capabilities.
At Leitat–IAM3DHub, we support the implementation of additive manufacturing and the development of a digital and automated workflow for mold design. Our involvement includes providing technological advisory services, experimenting with and validating a proof of concept using generative design tools, as well as training technical staff so they can apply and manage this new methodology independently.
Through this project, we contribute to the digital transformation of the sector and the implementation of advanced solutions that foster innovation and business competitiveness.
