As part of our 120th anniversary, we present The Voice of Experience, a new audiovisual piece that brings together, for the first time, Leitat’s three last presidents to share their perspectives on the evolution of the technological centre over the past decades.
Ramon Pastor, Jordi William Carnes and Eusebi Cima walk through Leitat’s current facilities while recalling some of the key moments that have shaped the organisation’s history and reflecting on the main challenges they faced during their respective terms as presidents.
The conversation offers a personal perspective on Leitat’s transformation and highlights how the organisation has evolved to respond to the changing needs of industry while remaining true to its mission of transferring knowledge and driving innovation.
Throughout the video, they also share their views on the role of technological centres in strengthening industrial competitiveness, the importance of talent and collaboration, and the major challenges that will shape the future of Leitat and the wider RTO community.
Beyond looking back at the past, The Voice of Experience is a tribute to all those who, across different generations, have helped build today’s Leitat and shape its future.
