Preclinical and Clinical Studies of Nanovesicles (Quatsomes) with EGF for Chronic Venous Ulcers
Objective:
Conduct preclinical studies and clinical trials to evaluate the application of nanovesicles containing epidermal growth factor (EGF) administered topically to patients with chronic venous ulcers. The goal is to facilitate epithelialization and ulcer closure.
Innovation:
Development of an innovative vehicle for delivering the active ingredient.
Expected Result:
Progress to the clinical phase of development and creation of a prototype for testing.
