The 8th Conference of the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation in the European Union in Spain, this time under the slogan «Horizon 2020: First experiences and results», is taking place on November 25, 2014, at the Exhibition and Congress Centre in A Coruña. The event is organized by the CDTI and the Ministry of Economy and Finance, in collaboration with the Galician Axencia Innovation and the European Commission.
The main objective of the conference is to analyze the first experiences in calls for proposals under Horizon 2020, drawing conclusions that will allow Spanish institutions to improve their participation and increase their leadership in future calls. New updates to the program aimed at bringing research to the market will also be announced.
Additionally, during the conference, the great opportunities of Horizon 2020 for Spain will be analyzed, as well as the support measures implemented by the Administration to promote Spanish participation and foster project leadership.
