Last week, LEITAT participated in the HEALTHIO event that took place from May 3-5. LEITAT is at the forefront in three main fields: pre-market innovations, research on cancer, and personalised rehabilitation. In addition to its stand, LEITAT researchers and experts gave various speeches during the event in the Àgora areas. Marc Masa presented the activities in the field of biosensing, Francesc Mitjans discussed technologies for personalised medicine for cancer (such as the GLAM and HYPOSENS projects), and Manel Balcells presented the TEC-SALUT community as well as the concept of Living Labs with the example of the
Health Care Living Lab in Catalonia.
As an institutional partner of the event, LEITAT enjoyed strong visibility and was pleased to present its activities to visitors participating in the guided tours and others attending the event.
